The room was nice

Very loud. Guests above me stomping everywhere. Other guests down the hall being loud in the hallway and smoking weed in their room and the smell coming into my room through the gap between the door and floor. Rude dyed blonde hair male desk attendant

Walls super thin, pillows horrible, no thick blanket only sheets, no mini fridge, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no cups, no trash can in room, room never serviced while there, smell of paint, odd lighting in room not your normal lamps. Double paid

Im homeless and the manager accused of a smell of meth in the room, which was completely false

The building was old and wore out. The hot breakfast foods were too scarey looking to eat. Pictures and ratings were high as well as cost of stay. Nothing met my expectations!!! Would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

We had issues with the remotte in the room, but otherwise everything else was great.

Room needed maintenance. Carpet was loose. A tripping hazard.

Very noisy our room was close to the street, had lots of very loud traffic. Also the hotel was very close to the airport and planes were taking off right above the hotel.

The day i checked in, the male front desk agent was less then helpful. I was told I'd be on a particular floor and a possible early check in. But no, that person was set on a 3pm check in. Nosy occupants above and a nosy fridge.

Staff was friendly, room was large and comfortable, bed was very nice.

Wifi was a bit challenging to connect to but ultimately did connect.

Everything from the first greeting to the hallway baseboards ripped off and all needs to be repainted throughout. I tried to change hotels or upgrade my room for a price and weren¿t willing to help satisfy a paint customer!

Close by ASU stadium with a variety of places to eat.

Smelled a bit musty.

Offered breakfast and choices that varied from day to day, water dispenser and fountain plus Ice machine... In general overall feel to the hotel

Staff were great except 3 female staff who had me waiting as they went outside to smoke clearly seeing me while I was waiting to report a matter that needed attention. The other staff more than made up for those 3 "chimneys" hence my OVERALL rating.

Nothing really

$250 deposit is outrageous especially for a place that's across the street from a creepy strip club. The breakfast provided also made no sense, potatoes and sausage but no eggs, stuff to make waffles but no waffle iron? Get it together.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good.

Do not stay in this hotel's north facing side under any circumstances Traffic noise is SOOOO loud it makes it almost impossible to fall asleep even with earplugs!

The front desk are professional. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable.

We were there Sunday morning & breakfast is SUPPOSED to stop at 1030. They closed breakfast @ 930. We asked them & they realized it's the wknd & they closed it early (weekday time).

Close to airport

Although check in was a bit of a wait. It was ok. Room was clean, decent & big enough for family with 2 small children.

The price

The hotel staff was disrespectful. The Manager instructed the staff to lie to me (i over heard the conversation)
